Flipped Job Market stands for a fair working world in which the many important tasks out there are done gladly (and therefore, also done well). We develop formats and methods, advise, moderate, coach, and provide opportunities to network.

At our Get a Job! stand you can meet our FJM experts and Annika Behrendt, managing director of our cooperation partner Talents4Good. We invite you to chat with them, with eachother and with us — about contemporary job searching and recruiting, about new work and good cooperation, about purpose, values and about salary negotiations.

Have you seen our "facilitated networking" in action? With it, you can playfully transform boring small talk into relaxed conversations and authentic encounters that might lead to more, but don’t necessarily have to — a valuable life skill. Come to our stand, we'll show you how it's done. Spoiler alert: it’s loosely based on 1980’s icon Jane Fonda’s mantra: Don't try to seem interesting. Stay interested instead!
