I'm a Service Designer at Deutsche Telekom, where I lead the design efforts for the AI Competence Center. In this role, I spearhead the development and implementation of design strategies to leverage AI effectively through new GenAI products and services. My drive is to ensure we create a benefit of our customers and employees.
Throughout my 10+ year career, I've thrived in innovation teams, leading projects both internally and as a strategic design consultant across APAC, LATAM, and EMEA markets. My passion lies in user-centered design, making me a strong advocate for the user's voice within multidisciplinary product development.
