Join us to explore the intersection of digital policy and the world's major crises, focusing on the next generation's role in building open source global digital public infrastructure. As the UN estimates 70% of the Sustainable Development Goals rely on digital solutions, it's vital that young people have a say in their digital future. Digital Public Goods (DPGs), including open source software, open AI systems, open data, and open content collections, are key to countries' digital transformation. They promote transparency, local participation, and collaboration, helping nations develop digital public infrastructure for health, education, and other vital areas. Our expert panelists from the UNICEF Venture Fund, Xcapit (a UNICEF-backed startup from Argentina), and the German Federal Ministry on Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) will share insights on international processes, ecosystem development, and alignment with the SDGs. Discover how these efforts pave the way for a sustainable, just digital future for all.
