Florin Hasler

Florin leads Opendata.ch, a nonprofit committed to using data for the common good. After working in foreign policy and political communications, Florin found his passion in technology-related advocacy and open innovation. At Opendata.ch, he supports the public sector on its journey to become more open and advocates for a digital transformation that benefits the many, not the few. He is convinced that a more inclusive and collaborative approach is necessary to tackle today’s societal and climatic challenges. Before taking over as Director, Florin managed Opendata.ch's Prototype Fund, a support program for civic and public interest tech.
